I am new to Neighborhood Sports, how do I find out more about the programs you offer?
Go to the top of the website and find a program near you. Once on your local neighborhood page, information about our programs can be found on the “Sports” tab at the top of the website. If you still have questions after reading the information contact your local Neighborhood Sports.
What will my child get from Neighborhood Sports that he/she wouldn’t get from another program?
How do I register?
Registration can be completed via online or by paper registration. Some leagues will hold in person registrations.
I just registered, what’s next?
Sit Back, Relax! Go purchase any equipment needed for the sport you registered for. You should hear from a coach 2 weeks before the season starts.
What is the time commitment for a season?
The time commitment is only two days a week. Teams practice once a week for 60-90 minutes with a game on weekends. The season is 7 weeks long (Week 7 is the end of season tournament or playoff).
Where do I find the cancellation/refund policy for the program I'm signed up for?
Programs list there cancellation/refund policy at the bottom of their registration page. Per Neighborhood Sports policy refunds are not given past a certain point.
Will my child get playing time?
Yes, we have substitution rules in place. Please view the rules for the sport you are signed up for to view playtime.
What is the skill level of players in your league?
Players of all skill level play in our leagues.
